I meal so bad I had to leave 2 reviews!!!! Half sized portions on sides. Cold to the touch burgers. Not room temp. COLD. Soggy chicken sandwich that had a foul taste almost like the fryer oil had never been changed. Ordered no pickle on everything and received 6 pickles on each sandwich. Worst fast food meal I’ve ever had the displeasure of receiving. Didnt even eat my meal. Didnt complain to the staff, I figure if it were this messed up the first time that there is no redemption.

Jack’s in Greensboro, AL on October 22, 2022 we pulled up to the drive thru speaker and it took the person that was taking the orders a while to acknowledge us so we could place our order. We said hello! The person growled at us can you hold on our system is down so we sat there at the speaker for about 10 minutes. We then said hello again to ask how long would the system be down because it didn’t make sense to just sit there with no service. This person came back on the speaker again and growled again DIDN’T YOU HEAR ME SAY WAIT CAUSE OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN?! I said you are really nasty and rude to the customers and we drove away without purchasing anything from Jack’s in GREENSBORO, ALABAMA. If I could give then a ZERO rating that is exactly what I would give them!!
