Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super nice and prices were comparable to other fast food places. Ordered breakfast meals. The hash browns and iced coffee were great, but the sausage on my sandwich wasn’t as good as other restaurants’. Will be going back to try their lunch offerings.

Usually I get what I order. But today ordered (and paid for) a big bacon burger (which I love) and got home with a piece of chicken on a bun. Dry. No sauce. Not happy. Oh. And I was the only vehicle at the drive thru so no excuse there. Please pay attention.

I get the 3 piece chicken box. So far it is consistently better than others. Also, the french fries are – to me – the best overall. Best is before 7pm.

Dude in the window was really super nice and quick. I don’t remember his name, but he’ll be a manger some day if he’s not already. The food was nice and fresh. I love me a good Jacks and this is once of them.

Came to this location and there was a majority of the employees in the parking lot. Got to the order speaker (no wait) and they told me it would be 25 minute wait. At 6:00 I would assume that they had food ready or almost but it makes sense with all the employees in the parking lot.

Someone from corporate needs to come get this place cleaned I have seen portajons cleaner than this the chicken is Normally so moist and juicy this chicken is dry and hard as a rock I will not come back to this location ever and I would recommend you to do the same until someone gets it under control no dr Pepper I had a drink sour tea

Just nasty. I hate to speak so poorly, but the truth is I will never go there again. The food taste so bad, like it was cooked in really bad oil. I hope they get their act together perfect opportunoty to grow as a business leader and turn things around.

Stopped by this jacks location with plans of dining in& eating.upon entering the floor had napkins on it not very clean the bathroom needed attending to no tissue in stall! That changed my mind about eating at this jacks location maybe it was just the day I came. #CLEANUP!
