Waited 45 minutes for two meals. The fries tasted like the oil has never been changed. The atmosphere is awful. 15 plus flies everywhere flying around. Extremely dirty and water is actively leaking through the tiles. No one here seems to want a job or care about being clean. Seems more like social hour than anything. No one wears gloves or washes their hands. They are extremely rude and gossip very loud about customers. Several employees even were wearing shirts that stated things like, “I don’t do anything here” “Unreliable and Unresponsbile” “Ask me if I have cried today”. No one asks or wants to help. The front counter girl walks around spilling and touching everything after playing on her phone half her shift taking pictures of her hickeys. 0/10 do NOT recommend coming back.

Food was amazing. Service was lacking but we were informed that it would take longer since staff kept calling in and not showing up. The dining area needed a serious cleaning, but again they didn’t have the staff to do everything at once. Oh, make sure you get the pies, OMG. taste better than homeade

Our food is always piping hot at this location. The staff are all very friendly. If you like your fries heavily seasoned I would suggest going to a different location. We’ve eaten at this one several times and it seems they just don’t use the traditional Jack’s fry seasoning here. It’s ok though. We just add salt.

Not the best experience. It took a while to place an order and then we were missing a couple small items. There was a spill in the middle of the floor that was left even after staff was informed. The fry’s were fresh but two of our 4 burgers were cold. Overall, not bad but not the service I associate with Jacks.

It was a horrible visit to say the least . The floors were dirty and slippery the drink fountain was covered with spilled and dried soda the tea had gone bad and the cashier/ manager was very rude. I would not recommend eating there.

Jack’s trying to be cute serving heart shape biscuits. It would be cute if it didn’t make biscuits smaller. Got shorted on 2 biscuits and didn’t have time to go back because I was headed to work.
