I’m honestly very disappointed, my loaded fries were not loaded, the portion of cheese and bacon was very little for its price. The fries also were not seasoned. My burger was not fresh and we waited about 10min parked for our food to come. Customer service was nice tho.

I’ve been here twice. I won’t ever come back. It took 20 minutes both times to get food. I saw my food sitting under the heat lamp for a while before anyone saw it. They are very slow and somewhat confused here.

Everybody is always pleasant and works with a sense of urgency to get the lunch crowd taken care of. The food was hot and properly prepared. The drink lids were on right, so when a drink tipped while handing out the window, did not spill all over me… Much appreciated folks!

The food is always tasty, just hardly ever what I asked for. This morning it was the 2 missing slices of cheese (extra charge) requested with my eggs. I am really surprised since I heard the manager ask twice if the cheese was added to my meal. It is another one of those small things that have a big impact. I should have checked before leaving.

The worse Jack’s in Montgomery I waited forever for my food and the lady at the front counter was talking so much she forgot to pass out the food. I won’t be back to this one, then she had a attitude because people was trying to ask her coworkers for their food. I love Jack’s but not this one because this is the second time they did me like this (the first time was worse but I didn’t post but now enough is enough). Please hire fast workers that’s at least respectful.

Usually, the employees here are very polite and cheerful and the food is good. The last few times I’ve eaten here have been different. Last week the lady at the window acted like I was an inconvenience and today the fries were absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. I noticed the smell in my car shortly after leaving the window and they tasted like they’d been cooked is very old grease and were so bad I couldn’t even stomach them. Not sure what’s changed but this place seems to be going down hill quickly.

Stop by to grab a half dozen chocolate chip cookies and two shakes. Staff was full of smiles and energy, and a friendly greeting. The order went faster than ordered. Food was out quick and delicious. Great experience!! The staff at this Jack’s 100%.
