Jack’s is a fast-food restaurant. Best fast-food restaurant option in my opinion. Menu includes breakfast, burgers, traditional fried chicken and sides. Sides include fries, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw. They also service real hand scooped ice cream and shakes. Inside and outside the restaurant is a sort of country theme. This one in Wetumpka was very clean and the staff was excellent.

Waited 27 minutes for an online order. It was supposed to be done at 7:51pm. Got there at 7:51pm, was pulled up because they were “waiting on fries”. Was brought the wrong order. Finally after 22 mins I got everything except 1 sandwich, 1 fry and a shake. Finally got everything but 1 fry. Food was edible but not great.

This jacks has gotten bad. We ordered gravy biscuits and the gravy had huge chunks in it of gravy that was not stirred good and biscuits doughy. We got drink and they were given to us with drink coming all down the cup from liquid on the lid. They did not wipe them off before handing them over. Then when we got home to eat. The straws had bleach in the packaging. Only reason I know is because I tried opening the straw with my face. Lol and smelt the bleach. If a child had got that and not paid attention that’d have been awful.

Long wait for a small order. Breakfast burrito was micro mini. The hash browns were burnt beyond being able to eat them. Also staff was very rude. We were trying to leave and waited several minutes at counter. Asked for a jelly and the employee said in a minute I have to ring someone up first. Ok no problem. Several minutes after that she finishes and turns and walks away. Mind you the jelly pack were less than 2 ft away the whole time. Just seemed rude and the food was not great. Probably will not be Goin to Jack’s any more.

Several weeks ago I had a not so good experience here and vowed I wouldn’t pull off the main highway again, but knowing that Jack’s has quality food and a reasonable price, I have returned several times since and everything has gone smoothly, with thanks going to several good crews there. I will state I have a favorite location near my home in Dadeville and the one in Harpersville, Al on the way to Birmingham is another great location.

there was a hair on my fries. i dont know how old the burgers were, but they were so old it was dry and hard to swollow. my tray had something sticky on the bottom and i had to wash my hands before eating. even my 6 year old said 1 star.

Went inside. No line. One employee just talking with someone. Another with her back turned ignoring us. Waited and nothing. Could have took our order at least. We just simply walked out. Didn’t want to chance the food being the same as the quality of the service. Zero stars.

It’s always nice to visit Jack’s when in Alabama. They have a good variety of fast food, & the service is pretty fast. I would recommend them when you are in a rush for food. A good value!

I did not have good service. I ordered my food at 5:34pm and she asked I pull to door and wait because they were making fresh fries. I say there about 15 minutes before calling them letting them know inwas waiting. The boy said he would be right out. Well after another 12 minutes I decided to go in to check my food plus my soda was flat. he was coming out with my food and then I asked for a fresh coke. I then went back to my car and I had no napkins, no utensils for my loaded fries, and no salt because they were not toasted at all, so I then just went in and grabbed it myself. Very bad experience and very disappointed.
