Came through the drive thru and ordered 2 big bacon meals and got home and had 2 big jack meals. I was pulled up after I paid and waited over 3 minutes on cold fries and the wrong burgers

This place is awful!! Almost all Jack’s are garbage now, but this one was terrible! The restaurant wasn’t clean, and the food was trash. I couldn’t even eat my hamburger because it looked as though they opened bottles of ketchup and mustard and poured it on the hamburger. I can’t find the words to describe what the people working there looked like, without being very rude, so i’ll just leave it at that. Will never, ever go back!

I had to wait about 20 minutes for an apple pie,an a milkshake,I could understand if they were busy but there was noone in the dining room but me an my family (4),the workers were confused ,an kept clearing their screen before they finished a order,I’ve worked fast food,you have to have employees in a position to get stuff done these workers ran around like they had no idea what to do,I was a visitor from Va,I’m glad I wont be back to this place

Passed through this town on a road trip. Food was very fresh and yummy! Lady at the counter was so super sweet and seemed happy to be there. Everything was clean and they were following Covid guidelines without compromising the enjoyment of our dinning experience. We were aloud to go inside and dine and we enjoyed it!

first time trying Jack’s since I don’t have one where I live. we order the big Jack and the big bacon. I’ll say very decent, simple and nice flavor, patty juicy (not dry like others), fresh vegetables, definitely better than McDonald’s or burger King though. reminded me a little bit to the flavor I used to like from checker’s many years ago.
