Not sure why an employee, maybe manager, was eating at the register counter. Cashier was hopefully new. Food was good and our order was correct. We had to get our food to go because the yelling woman eating at the counter was uncomfortable.

I love jacks food eat in there all the time,but today was a different story,I got the big box with the chicken fingers, -chicken fingers were cold,hard and small,the two sides were not filled up ,they was about 1/2full, they didn’t put my five biscuits in there so I had to go back Manager wise -the manager that was expediteding the food ,all she cared about was drive thru, front line had about eight orders, after drive thru was clear she didn’t help front line but yet she was on her phone standing there didn’t help at all

It has gone to the dogs…..at one time the panther pit was the burger joint there and the damn commies had to put a Jack’s there and the food is cooked,sold and served at the lowest level of food service. What’s really going on in Southside.

This Jacks location has went down hill over the months. The last several times I have been thru the drive thru un the evenings my order is wrong or they are just rude or BOTH. Tonight I got a deluxe chicken sandwich and when I got home they had given me a chicken finger sandwich. Not what I paid for but they wont answer the phone as usual. Tonight was my last visit

We went through the drive thru and not only did they have all of their lights off but they tried to not give us change for our order, maybe they don’t know how to read the computer that tells them the change that they’re supposed to give back. They forgot to give us drinks and they seem to not know any of the current deals that are going on for their own menu. We will let all of our family and friends where not to go. Great job losing future customers.
