I visited the campgrounds with a friend and we wanted to get a bite to eat before bed. They had a long drive home the next day and we just got done packing up, Jack’s was the closest, so we decided to go there. We went in 45 minutes before closing time so I gave them a little grace but when I got my order it was pretty pathetically put together, skimpy on the cheese and bacon. The fries were old and cold, the pie was also old. We were asked twice if it was for here or to go but when they brought out the order it was in to go boxes. (We got the hint) As we took our to go boxes to the table and suffered through it, I said I’m not going to complain to the manager because I don’t want anything for free. I’ll just leave a detailed review. We still were gone within 15 minutes before closing. The picture you see I added some pepper to it. It was a lot more bland.

Visited this food chain for the first time. The sandwiches are big, the staff is friendly. The only radon I don’t give them a 5 star is because the children in both sandwiches was cold. They are so busy that they a few pieces keep chicken ready to be served. I specifically asked the cashier to make sure our food was fresh.

The food was very good(as usual) It’s right next to a free admittance playground for the kids, why not make a day of it and check out noccalula falls park while you’re up here? They have a new train and the petting zoo has a kangaroo! The Botanical/sensory garden has very beautiful flowers, just super cool

The staff was literally arguing over who would make our food. When they finally figured out some of it, the shake was only half full, literally, and then they slammed the other shake onto the counter, spilling it out of the top. They then forgot to get the ice cream and argued over that, and by the time it came, it was dripping all over the place, and not something we could give to our child without cleaning it up first. I used to eat here all the time. Now this is the worst Jack’s in town. The TV’s always too loud because the employees like watching TV. The tables are always nasty. Bathrooms are never clean. And a customer service sucks because they have nothing but children that do not care about their quality customer service. And they do not know how to take orders. I could keep going and going. Again worst jacks around.
