First and last time here. Ordered a loaded tots bowl without egg. Had to repeat myself, so you would think they got the order. Was asked to pull around and wait as other cars received their food. Finally, I get my food…and when I get to work, this is what I find. Lots of egg, no cheese sauce…it was just gross. Threw the whole thing away. I won’t be back.

Maybe it was because I’m hungry, I still ate it but they gave me a biscuit that was hard. The only thing that was really good was the egg & cheese between those 2 hard hockey pucks. I don’t recall the person at the window saying anything more than the total when I reached the window. Wasn’t welcoming but I’ll give them another shot.

*Edited 12/10. This continues to be a problem. See my most recently attached picture. Again, I don’t normally worry about something like this, but this location barely ever serves actual drinks in the drive through. Almost entirely ice. I don’t need a refund, I just want this practice of filling the cups entirely with ice to stop.

This location seems to have gone downhill. It used to be my favorite, but I prefer the one on Hughes Road now. My Big Jack was barely warm, our tenders weren’t fresh and the fries were even worse. I will say the drinks are always good and they keep the place clean. However, it will probably be a while before we come back. Hopefully it will be better next time.

My food was horrible My french fries were still frozen. The sandwich was not to have mustard it had extra mustard full of onions and pickles messy will not be coming back. The manager was very rude she wouldn’t even look at the picture of the food when I asked her would you eat this.

Went and got 2 combos, & didn’t receive my drink. Also lied about the ice cream machine being down when the milkshakes are handmade. Then I asked for ice cream and they went back and forth between each other as if they didn’t want to go to the back and get the ice cream. terrible experience will not be going back.

Drive thru Customer service sucks tonight they were behind and try make me park on the handicap parking lot when I ain’t even handicap and just cause I said No the girl got mad rude and disrespectful . I also ask for refund because the girl was ma rude and they wouldn’t give it to me either . Jack’s just lost a customer cause of the rude employee. Never going back there again.
