This location used to be so good. Friendly employees and decent food. I don’t know what happened, but in the last year this location has absolutely tanked. I don’t remember the last time an employee even said hello to me. It’s a plus if they look my direction while handing my food through the window. The food is okay if you get the right order to begin with. I don’t go often anymore, but when I do I hardly ever get the food I ordered. The biscuits seem to be overdone more often than not. They’re so hard I can knock them on the counter to make fun music. Overall, I used to like Jack’s, and I would still visit other locations. This one you should pass on though.

The place was awesome, We had cheeseburgers, fries, and a coke. Food was inexpensive and delicious. Fries were ribbed, and cooked perfectly. The chicken looked delicious, and we will be going back to see if its as good as it looks.

The food (and service) has been consistently disappointing. Every few months or so, we have naively given this Jack’s another try, and every time it’s just as disappointing as the last. Every time we have ordered breakfast, the biscuits are so over-cooked they are hard as rocks. I’ve gotten coffee twice and both times it was cold. In addition, every time we have ordered, something has been wrong upon receiving it, which is fine, as mistakes happen, but the employees have been rude at every request to remedy their mistakes.

Second time going through the drive through because my mom wanted a milkshake. Both times we had to wait at least 10 minutes but this second time which was just two days ago will be the last time we ever go. First off the lady at the window was not very friendly. Second our shakes come out and ice cream was all over the cups and they didn’t give us napkins. Then my mom gets pretty much to the bottom of her shake and there was black stuff all in the bottom of the cup and she had stomach cramps the rest of the night. I threw mine in the garbage. I have always enjoyed the food but after this incident I won’t be back.

Sadly if I could this Jack’s a zero, I would. I received a cold cup of hot coffee. Always good right?! Then she poured another 4 cups the same way. The attitude of this person was disrespectful to everyone in line and waiting on there food. I plan never to go back. This isn’t the first run in with this location, and it will be the last.

I went to jacks literally for just a couple milkshakes. No one in the parking lot or the drive thru line and they give me cups with the ice cream smashed in the bottom with milk on top of it and not blended at all. This place is a joke!

My first time visiting a Jack’s. The menu was varied and broad. There were buger combos, chicken dinner options, vegetable selections, and the gamut of dessert treats on the menu. Using the drive-thru, we received lightening fast service. The 2-piece chicken dinner was fast-food delightful.

Employees are rude at the drive thru. I know people have bad days but I’ve had multiple experiences with them being rude for no reason. My order is incorrect or like today I was given the wrong sauce and only 2 chicken tenders. Also, (unrelated) do you or do you not have a blt sandwich on the menu?
