The drive through attendant was unpleasant during the initial order, after placing me on hold for a while. I was one of two cars in line just after 1:00pm. Once I paid I was asked to pull ahead and wait. Drive 10 minutes and pull out the crispy chicken sandwich to instead find a very soggy, under cooked chicken sandwich.

They will mess up your order. They will not refund a messed up order and insist you miss ordered. The quality has dropped significantly the burgers are black hockey picks on soggy bread with old lettuce and hard unripe tomatoes. The fries are always served cold as well as the burgers, and chicken. The food might have been edible at one point but by the time it reaches the customer you it won’t be. Expect food poisoning and disappointment.

Our order was for 7 people at $49 and most of it was right. We ordered 9 pieces of chicken total. 4 burgers and 5 fries (all fries were cold). 2 mash potatoes, 2 coleslaws,1 green bean. For the most part the food was good and we were full.

Just went through the drive thru and I ordered two 2 tender kids meals and a 4 piece combo I didn’t get a receipt and my kids 2 piece tenders were bigger than the 3 tenders I got in my meal mind you I ordered and payed for a 4 piece meal. I couldn’t go back and prove I had a 4 piece meal with no receipt.. and I got home before I even noticed my order was wrong….

The last time i was there the place was so nasty that i left . the lady that was wiping the trays used the SAME hand towel to clean the BATH ROOM.this jacks needs to close the doors an do a complete CLEANING. THE HEALTH DEPT. NEEDS TO COME IN.

This place is nasty. The employees have no idea how to handle the job. No lids for cups. No ketchup. Employee to money for my order and never gave me a cup for the drinks. Drink machine out of order This place needs shut down.

Worst catfish dinner ever. Tiny little chunks of breading with a bit of fish inside, overcooked and chewy. Just awful. They were out of hush puppies, so they substituted a biscuit. Promised honey for the biscuit, didn’t get any, so we improvised at home with jam. The fries were ok. We called and Tammy, the manager on duty, refunded our money. But if we ever visit a Jack’s again, we will never get anything but burgers.
