Drive thru was fast and efficient, had everything ready when I got to the window. Biscuits were burned though but usually there great so somebody had a bad morning I guess. They were still eatable though.

I stopped by here yesterday and ordered the new big Jack bacon ranch burger and fries. When I got my food the burger didn’t have any special sauce it just had mayonaise on it. The bacon tasted a bit overcooked. The paddy tasted kinda dried out. The burger didn’t taste good overall. The fries were salty as always. For that reason I’m rating this Jack’s a 2.5 out of 5. Jack’s really needs to upgrade their employees to adults that know what they’re doing and not these spoiled teen adults.

Horrible place 2 eat. My sweet tea I swear was soapy dish water was nasty as hell. I went 2 the drive threw 3 times and still got handed the wrong thing. I’m allergic 2 strawberries and they never hand me the right pie and always the one I’m allergic 2. Their food is so old and nasty my fires were cold. The girls up front are all on their phones Instead of helping customers. The gm of the store doesn’t know how 2 run anything so it’s all disfunnctional will NEVER eat at this place again.

Very Disappointed, this was our first time eating there, not sure we will try again. Fried pickles, were so done you couldn’t even taste the pickle. We got the new Alabama Melt. Horrible.
