This location is one that we visit regularly. The food is usually good and hot. I love their steak biscuit for breakfast. My son likes the Big breakfast sandwich with sausage. They have many items that are delicious. Among our favorites are Chicken fingers, Cole slaw, Big Jack, Fries, biscuit & gravy, grits, hash rounds and chicken biscuit. The food is almost always on point. The service is most always lacking!! There is one lady in particular that has been working at this location for a few years at least and she is usually rude and very unfriendly. She doesn’t listen to you when you order which results in your order being wrong 8 times out of 10. She works the morning shift so I have found that when we go by for breakfast it is more convenient to go inside and order and ALWAYS double-check your order before you leave the building! This location has a high turnover rate for employees so there’s always new faces to see and new attitudes to deal with. However, There have been many workers that have been friendly at this location. Other than that it’s a great place to eat!! The facility is usually clean and well maintained.

We went thru e drivethru, the order was correct and the food was hot and I really like to experience a correct order at the drive thru! The person at the window also gave me a chicken finger for my dog, who had her head out the rear window! Very sweet and above and beyond. Thank you to Jack’s.

I gave one star because the lady that always stands by the door and wipes things down was picking her nose and digging and then touched all over the drink station. I said ma’am that’s nasty to pick your nose and touch all of that. You need to go wash your hands. She said yes ma’am your right I’m sorry. When a grown woman has to be told to wash their hands there’s something wrong.

THIS, is not the country fried steak that is sold at any other Jack’s I have ever visited. You literally gave me hamburger patties drowned in breakfast gravy. Totally unacceptable and a poor excuse for Country Fried Steak.

My son went through this morning and got two chicken biscuits. Instead of the chicken patties that are supposed to be in the biscuit there was a small chicken finger. And the biscuit is tore all to pieces on both the top and bottom. Super disappointed in the service today. I called and they are going to replace but they should have never sent these out. We were charged full price for this and not even asked if it was ok. I feel like this was very shady business.
