The food was not good. It looked and tasred like it was warmed up in a micro-wave oven. I told them no salt on my fries. You could tell they were not fresh. He had dropped fries that had the fry salt on them and pulled them out again. It was obvious because there was still salt on some. I will not go back there again.

Tbh I was kinda scared to eat my food. The Mac and cheese were fresh out of th freezer and still cold in the middle. The ice cream was also in a sad state and it was very freezer burnt. One positive thing is that we didn’t have to sit and wait for our food for 30 min.

This location needs to hire people that want to do their job and can understand their menu. So many times, we go there because it is literally one of the few restaurants near by, and they rarely get the order right. I am so glad we are moving out of the area and to leave this location behind.

Sometimes the food is cold an tasted old an the afternoon an nighttime employees are rude an could careless if they got your order right are not.. an will cuss you out if you complain are return your incorrect order.. this Jack’s could do better .. no matter how nice you are to the employees they will be rude to you.. morning employees are swift an nice so if you go here I suggest go in the morning thru lunchtime. DO NOT GO IN THE EVENING OR NIGHT TIME!!!
