Just stoped by drive- thru to pickup something quick, made order , service seemed ok , ordered kids meal , two cheeseburger combo, BBQ Pub burger combo, counted items in bag looked ok , 2 1/2 miles home opened bag all items there but one problem, only one hamburger and the other was a bun wrapped up with nothing in it , 2 1/2 miles back to Jacks , ask for manager, ask her how could you send out a bun wrapped ? See took it and ask the 3 young guys in kitchen how this happened,and told them to fix another one,came back to counter ask if I had my ticket, give her my ticket and she did something on register , they slid a burger in a slot and one of the guys in kitchen asked if it was mine ( didn’t know what it was until he said a cheeseburger) and give it to me . No apology what so ever from manager or anyone, never a sorry for mistake, not a word . 2 1/2 miles back home to eat my cold burger and throw away my cold fries, and we eat here regularly.

Went late at night after Church. Had never been to a Jack’s before. Didn’t have a clue what their sauce was. So, the Cashier put some in a condiment cup and gave us each a fry to sample it with. The food was pretty good. They had gotten slammed hard after Church and had run out of napkins but gave us some paper towels

Delicious steak biscuits. We ordered after their breakfast hours, not realizing it wasn’t served all day. They gladly fixed our food and was so polite. Great service and food.

The crew are simply amazing!! The person with the pink hair that works DT (I forgot their name, im sorry!!) And Zack are always so friendly and patient, ill drive to this one over the one by my house just cause of it. I never have to worry about my order being messed up

The employees were friendly and the food pretty good. The fries had no salt or seasoning on them and the bottom of the bag was filled with cole slaw juice. They weren’t busy so maybe they should slow down. I know prices have gone up, but the drive thru menu still shows the old prices. No wonder they have so many drive offs when customers calculate the amount of the order based on posted prices, and be charged a higher amount at the window. It cant be that hard to change the menu board.

I’ve been coming here in the morning because I work super early. Whether I show up at 5am at open or 5:45 they are always so fast and kind. I come in the afternoons for chicken too, it’s always delicious. Customer service is a lot harder than people think(notice mean entitled customers giving 0 stars). The workers are also underpaid to be dealing with mean people. They are always nice to me and get my order right, and even if they do get it wrong just go back through the drive thru and BE KIND asking to have something remade, you’d be amazed that being nice to people most of the time receives kindness back. Awesome staff, awesome food, love this place.

Went to this location last night, ordered food in drive thru. After receiving my food I pulled up to check it and my food was made wrong from the way I ordered it. I drove around, parked and walked in. After standing there for a couple of minutes being ignored by several employees someone finally asked what they could do for me. I explained the food was made wrong, the employee said I’m sorry let me get that made right for you. Unfortunately after receiving the supposed correct order it was still wrong and instead of being ignored and standing there any longer I just left. I don’t know when this location got so bad but I’ll be going to one of the other 2 nearby locations from now on if choose Jacks again.

Check your bag before you drive off, this location often leaves things out. Their grilled chicken salad only has one chicken finger on it. Staff isn’t very welcoming.
