didn’t even put meat on our burger…. when we pulled up to the window we asked if we could just add another meal to our total… the lady made us pull all the way around, order again, and then pay for that meal instead of just making us pay one time for the whole order…. and then had too wait 25-30 minutes just to get the food. if we are gonna wait that long then make sure everything is correct.

I’ve been a few times and it’s been fine but this time I ordered a #1 plain with cheese and you could very obviously tell the toppings were just scraped off and that it wasnt a new burger. Quite disappointed especially since it was on the way and didnt have time to go back.

Good food but highly lacking in customer service be area. This is the second time now I have been only to be at start my order of with one person then this smart mouth lady will interrupt. She doesn’t even give you time to finish your order before she cuts you off. I wasn’t even done ordering and she cut me off to tell me to drive around. Then proceeded to tell me to let her know when I’m done ordering but she didn’t have all day. I’m sorry what?!?! She could definitely benefit from more customer service training. My other issue is don’t tell someone you have to cook something bring them their food only for them to come inside and ask where it is for you so say oh we forget to cook it. Why was I waiting then?? I even tried online ordering since we usually have 5-7 people but if you get something other than chicken it doesn’t allow you to customize your order. My kids love the chicken fingers but from now on looks like KFC will be getting our business.

The one star given shouldn’t even be given first off, but I must comment. Why, because I’m literally starving! I decided to stop at this restaurant for breakfast, but it was a complete waste of my time. It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker to place to order with only 2 other cars ahead. Finally placed my order and got my total only to wait another 20 minutes (for a dang sausage biscuit y’all) get to the window lady ask me what was my order, I tell her…then she proclaimed my order wasn’t taken, with an attitude, and the manager didn’t make it any better. UNPROFESSIONAL!! Needless to say, after no apology, I still didn’t get my food. If I had 10 hands, I’d give them 10 thumbs down. Very poor customer service and operations!

I’m not eating here anymore. I ordered 2 combos with sweet teas. Both receipts say sweet tea. Both drinks were unsweetened tea. I call and they tell me 2 come in the morning. That’s fine. I unwrap my AL white sauce double cheddar burger to put mayo on it and there’s almost no white sauce. That’s fine–i don’t love it. But there is NO lettuce. That’s UNfine. I love lettuce. I pay extra to add it. Also, I bought breakfast at this location and I got 2 strips of bacon instead of 3 and less eggs than when I order the same thing at Calera Jack’s (almost daily). So I’m giving up on this location now.

Stopped only because they were the last restaurant available before heading to our destination. Specifically requested no pickles no onions and a size large. Not only did I get charged and pay for a large only to receive a small, but my sandwiches were DROWNED in pickles and onions. I plan on contacting the manager for a full refund the next time we’re in the area but this was ridiculous. Never again.

My boyfriend and I would go here 3, or 4 times a week, getting food and drinks food is always wrong, but today they got it right for the first time. but unfortunately once i finished my drink and was going to look in my cup to eat ice. i found a frozen bug in the ice, and a leg of a bug. that’s absolutely not okay. if anyone in corporate reads this, they need to be shut down, or new inspection. something needs to be done.

Service is so slow and no sense of urgency at all with their employees. 4 cars pulled to the side waiting on food and it was slow, meaning no traffic! And employees just strolling along to the cars without a care in the world!
