THE BEST FOOD IN ANY FAST FRANCHISE: Where did this place come from? I decided to try it on a whim, and was greatly impressed. The quality of the food exceeds that of almost any fast food chain which I’ve ever eaten. In addition to having burgers, breakfast and chicken sandwiches, they also actually serve really good fried chicken. I had the hand breaded chicken sandwich and the french fries and it was extraordinary. The chicken tasted like it had just been delivered from the market. I highly recommend that you stop at any Jack’s when you’re in South Georgia!

Super disappointed with today’s visit – more specifically, the (lack of) customer service. We placed an online order, there was literally no customers in there when we walked in and it STILL took over 30 minutes to get our order. There were two older employees who seem to be wearing the bulk of the workload while the younger 3 staff members stood around talking loudly to one another displaying their terrible attitudes. The best part tho? There was someone who appeared to be a manager sitting in a booth on a computer while all of this was going on!? It’s ridiculous when you spend over $50 to feed your family and can’t even get the food while it is all warm.

They have the worst customer service and it’s all due to the young people who work there. They definitely don’t know how to engage with customers and there’s hardly ever a friendly smile or greeting. The saving grace of this restaurant is the manager who tries to put out as many fires as possible. Hats off to her for having to deal with this generation and still staying professional.

I’ve been here several times for ice cream. the ice cream is good, it’s Mayfield. However, a 2 scoop cone is very tiny. Tiny! Today I looked at the floors in the kitchen area and they were pretty disgusting and dirty. Quite a few of the workers there look like they have poor hygiene, they look unkempt like they haven’t bathed in a while and and few of the boys had pants sagging down butts. l saw these dirty looking employees handling food with no gloves on. Ewww. I walked out and did not order anything and won’t be back. This is a recently new store. Employees need to clean up their act. And a 2 scoop ice cream cone does not mean 2 teaspoons! I doubt this place would pass a health inspection.

The lady that was working the drive thru window on July 30th at around 6:20 should be fired immediately! I could write a whole story but long story short I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service in my entire life. You would have thought it was the end of the world that she had to take our order. I told my husband to tell her never mind that we would go elsewhere because of how terribly rude she was. She heard me say that and then proceeded to tell us that’s what we needed to do. So we pulled off. I have worked in customer service for 15 years, and 6 of those being in the food service, I am in shock how we were treated tonight. We were not difficult, we were polite and had our order together and ready to give when we pulled up. First time ever at Jacks, and will not return. The Popeyes 50 steps away from Jacks on the other hand was friendly and fast!
