I’m an employee here. I love working for Jack’s due to everything being homemade. I also love the energy and atmosphere. All my coworkers are supportive n fun people n I have supportive and amazing Manager’s. We make everything fresh make our own sauces and that is something I don’t see in most fast food. This place deserves alot of credit. Like my family away from home. Decent prices too

The reason I gave 2 stars is due to twice visiting the restaurant and never getting what I order without a lengthy wait. The first time I was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes to get any wings. I waited 30 minutes, came back to the restaurant and was told wings were still unavailable, because they were never dropped into the fryer. I had to take legs. The second visit they said only two wings were available because they are allowed to cook 8 pieces of chicken at a time. It would be another 30 minutes to get wings or we could have legs, again.

Lobby was beautiful and the crew had amazing smiling faces! They visited me and my family in the lobby multiple times to make sure the food was good, which it was, and to make sure we didn’t need a refill! Never even had to stand up to get ketchup because the crew had our backs! Definitely going back!

I come in every morning to visit who I call family. I also at least place one or two big orders to go once a month. I do this for my coworkers. I stopped by on Thursday evening and placed my order to go for the next morning. I advised the store manager Chris I would need it ready by 5:50 am . This way I wouldn’t be late for my job. I arrived Friday morning to find no one knows anything about this order. Now I am waiting to get this 90.00 dollar order filled and will be late for work. In the past this has never happened. I don’t know what has changed but this may be the last order I place for my employees at this location. I will return for my normal breakfast order because I love the morning shift people. Shout outs to Jennifer, Stephanie, Mikhaela, April and Ken. You guys are awesome.

Ice cold straight out of the fridge pancakes, 5 edible hash browns out of the order because they were hard enough to break a window with, No sausage gravy at 9:45 during breakfast and no decency to tell you your not getting what you ordered. Been here before and had much better experiences must be new management because this was trash. If I wanted bad food and worse customer service I’d have went across the street to Bojangles.
