I always leave positive reviews feel free to go and look. Wasn’t necessarily the young man’s fault he was very apologetic. I placed my order at 6:09 arrived there at 6:17, and ,didn’t get out of the door till 6:46. Then the food sucked. I have pics of how greasy the chicken is. I can understand a little bit of Grace but there is a puddle in the box. This makes the third time I visited the store and all three times have been nothing for problems but I didn’t report it before. If you look at my account I eat Jack’s all the time from Heflin to Birmingham. So I’m just done with Tallapoosa Jack’s

I’m not sure why they allow drug addicts to sit and stare at customers to a point where you are uncomfortable. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 15 years and can tell you this man was very much on drugs. I asked the manager because it was to the point where I was about to leave but we had drove hours to the funeral home down the road and this is the restaurant we found first. I didn’t see anything else at the time. She replied he comes in all the time and ask for food he’s fine. That’s fine if he needs food but this man moved seats closer to us like 2 times. He talked to himself and pointed at things that wasn’t there the entire time we was there. We rushed to leave. The food was ok chicken fingers were good but hamburger was cold and fries.

While exploring the Tallapoosa area, we wanted to have lunch. It was a Sunday, and it was Father’s day, so it seemed most of the restaurants were closed. We ended up at Jacks for lack of other options. The line was pretty long, but it moved at a quick “fast food” pace, and the staff were friendly, even though they were slammed! We got a Jacks bacon burger and it was delicious. Fresh, large tomato slices and all around good burger. Crinkle cut fried were good, even though I prefer skinny, crispy fries, but just because those aren’t my favorites, doesn’t mean they weren’t good.

The service was courteous, helpful. The food, we got big jacks with fries . It was well cooked and good but I prefer fries a little crunchy. Other than that, all went well.

The customer service from one of the employee…I guess she was the manager was awful. They didn’t have napkins available in the holders near the straws and when I asked her for some..she gave me 3. I asked for more because the chicken was soooooo greasy. I was so looking forward to Jack’s because I have visited the ones in Alabama and Nashville but this Jack’s must be not the same. The chicken was old but I wouldn’t dare ask for a refund because the look this lady gave me was like she wanted to kill me. I highly recommend that you do not visit this location. Unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews before hand and I should have because the other lady complained about the chicken, too. The lady that helped me a was awesome and too bad she has to work alongside this other Female.

Changing my review. This isn’t the worst place I’ve been to, but the past several times I’ve been here they’ve always forgotten my sauce (And I don’t understand why you guys switched away from the pre-packaged sauces they were so much better). And the lobby was absolutely filthy. The food wasn’t half bad I just wish Jack’s would stop trying to serve dinky pieces of chicken. Also this isn’t just this location, but they forget the seasoning on the fries quite a bit.

We ordered three little jacks, and two of them only had a little drop of mayonnaise and three pickles, while the other one only had a drop of mayonnaise and a little half of a pickle. Nothing else was on them, like it was suppose to be. Not to mention, the burgers were cold (bun and patty) and tasted stale. Also had a medium fry with only about seven fries in it. Waited in the line for about fifteen minutes, and were very dissatisfied with our food after the wait.

Food, service was bad, had no chicken cooked. Left out biscuits. Uncooked tenders. Manger rude. No apology no credit, not even offered nothing. Never going back to Jack’s again! Tallapoosa Ga. location! Terrible!
