First time at this location and second Jack’s visit. No different than my first time, very friendly staff and for d cooked to order. Although it’s a typical fast food menu, their quality and value seems a lot better than other national chains. The interior of the store was clean and not a crowded order area as some places are like. The prices for what you get can’t be beat. Will definitely be returning more often.

Well on my last review the owner asked what they could do to get 5 stars… start by making sure your employees aren’t rude. And can you explain how these are chicken tenders? 3 of the 4 in the box are smaller than nuggets 1 has no meat just fried breading. And the double order of fries, that is 1 order stretched into 2 spots. You can do better

I am sad to rate so low, it’s just that.. it seems each time I have been to Jack’s with family or friends…we don’t enjoy it. Most of the mornings the biscuits are doughy or fall apart. Lunch or dinner chicken is cold or hard or to old, the tenders are small or shriveled up or to Crispy. The burgers are sloppily put together. I work hard preparing food for my family, working all day to make a living, when I go out,I would like to enjoy it. We have been many times to Jakes to be fair ,this is not just one visit.

I ordered a breakfast wrap, bacon & egg, no cheese. When I opened my bag, it was a cold wrap with one slice bacon broken in half and a cold slice of cheese….was not even heated! At that point, I looked at my receipt and it had been ordered as no egg, so MY fault for not looking at receipt when it was given to me BUT it was still not edible except for the bacon. I’ll also say that I only went there for a cup of ice but felt I should order something instead of asking for a free cup of ice. I knew NOT to order a biscuit because they have been hard as rocks on more than one occasion. Don’t go to Jacks on Shorter Ave until they can get their act together! Not sure I’ll ever go back!

All I will say is check your bag before you leave. Something has always been left out. An entree or even sauces. And sometimes the wrong sauce. Staff are great just check your bag. During their busy times things get overlooked but understandable.

This is awful I went to Jacks on my lunch bro this evening and ordered a burger combo with extra onions. This what I bite into runt my appetite I even took the onion off and still couldn’t eat my burger . Fries taste as if they were reheated. I’m at work still hungry. And this not the first time West Rome restaurant employees don’t care about how they prepare they food. That’s why I just a refund.

This was my first time trying Jack’s. The menu has a huge variety, the prices were affordable and not outrageous as some places. But omg the food was fresh and hot and so tasty. I will definitely be back.

Jack’s in Rome by Ollie’s was a disappointment. A favorite restaurant, was a complete saddened experience. Myself an a friend went in. She ordered a salad with just lettuce and tomatoes, got charged for a salad with meat. Also had to ask for the rest of her order. I order 3 piece chicken finger meal. I got 2 pieces and a small piece. No dipping sauce and I asked if they considered that small pice a chicken strip! The girl, then went to manager and I heard “they are complaining again.” Manager told her to bring me what I was supposed to get and my sauce. I thought I was nice about it. Not. Sure if the girl was having a bad day or what. Sad to say we won’t be stopping there again. I will go to the one on Martha Berry Blvd.
