The food is good. I just don’t understand why you ordered a 3 pc. Chicken, they charge you an extra .75 for a breast if you want one breast.not I wanted 2 or 3 breasts. I just wanted 1.

We went through the drive thru and they were very rude and they kept interrupting my husband as he was trying to order. Then they didn’t even get the order right. So my husband went in and confronted the manager bc she was the main one being rude… then she denys it when my husband told her about it… this place has really went down hill… while my husband was waiting on our order the customer at the drive thru was complaining about her being rude too… she was fussing her out good, she was ready to beat down on her head. They so need to hire Brand new managers. And as long as this woman is there things won’t change…and after we got home and started eating our food, my husband found a hair in his fried chicken… that’s so freaking gross… WE WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN AS LONG AS THIS MANAGER IS STILL THERE!!!

Service is quick, staff is polite, restaurant clean, Jack’s is one of the few restaurants that has burgers, fries, and fried chicken dishes. Ample parking, conveniently located off the main road. No playground, but a fine environment for young kids.

Cashier was rude When I asked for a bag to put my 2 p dinner with extra sides in. I was told we don’t usually give bags. I had to park and send my son inside to get one. Chicken taste as if it was fried in old oil !!!
