Have to give them one star for food simply because when I pulled up to the drive up to place my order I was informed that they were out of what I wanted, milkshakes. I also ordered some chicken nuggets and found them to be pretty unremarkable. That’s one thing I think McDonald’s does better. In the future I think I’ll just keep it to dairy Queen

I bought a munchie box. They were very slow, the food was gross. One bite of the burger and I had ketchup and mustard everywhere, there was enough ketchup and mustard for 3 burgers. The taco were gross. Tacos and burger were thrown away. I ate the curly fries and drank the Dr. Pepper, that’s what kept them above a 1 star.
None Ya Bidness
The store allows an older employee (Christina-I think) to use drugs and harass people on premises. This older woman employee also threatens people (including a young female manager/employee) while sitting in the parking lot, getting high and yelling at other employees, and the environment is just not safe.

The lobby is still closed, the drive-thru is wonky but navigationable. As well as the cost of food is high but on par with everywhere else in this state.

Jack in the Box is *great*, for what it is, delicious junk food that is mostly terrible for you! I should probably rate them higher, as I used to love eating here often, I just find that I *cannot*, these days, and I don’t want a higher review to encourage more people to eat the unhealthy food they serve. Can’t fault The Box’s vast selection of snacking and meal options though, and the new Bacon Loaded Mini Tacos are sinfully delicious!

The staff was GREAT but the MANAGER needed an attitude adjustment big time. (postal?) I said “good morning” and she had a snotty response to me on my way out. A real peach. My food and shakes were good. Just focus on the good when your there.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Super slow staff. Well, it was honestly disappointing and truly sad because I actually like Jack in the box. Maybe it’s because it was almost 2am but even still I feel that is no excuse especially when working in fast food. Also the staff looked like they’re freezing in there, almost like the owner is to cheap to even pay for heat for his staff. Also the drive thru worker wasn’t wearing gloves and that’s concerning to me! Very long wait time, over 25min for 3 standard meals. We actually had to pull around to the front, and these were basic meals! I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again any time soon.

We stopped here for a quick lunch and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before our order was taken. Their lobby is closed and they had a new line cook so things were held up. We patiently waited (4 cars behind us backed out of the drive though and left). Finally got to order and pulled through to wait on out tiny Tacos and a curly fry. I went in to ask for 4 ranch cups and the manager said I could only have 2 for free. I’ve never been to a JitB where they can’t give 4 ranches. In fact, even recently I was as this exact same location and had no issue getting 4! I told her that we waited 20 minutes to order and to please make an exception if she could and she responded “you just ordered 3 minutes ago.” Yes, you finally took our order 3 minutes ago but we were waiting for far longer than that!
