Seems to be an issue or a few issues while I was there. I went through the drive-thru and there were only two cars ahead of me, but I sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order at the speaker. the two cars in front of me had completely finished and gone. I had to say hello into the speaker so that somebody would even remember that I was there. everything took a very long time to make and everything was moving very slow. the staff was nice enough and friendly enough so I figure there was just probably something going on. some technical difficulties or something.

I went through the drive thru here, and was very disappointed. The person taking my order could not understand me, as his English was not very good. I had to repeat myself excessively just so he could understand what I was ordering. When I got to the window I told them I had ordered chicken nuggets, NOT chicken strips. Again, language barrier, and he puts chicken nuggets on without taking off the chicken strips, then charges my card. I asked for a receipt and noticed this error. When I reiterated to him of the mistake he told his manager, whom gave me a refund but did it with attitude and irritation with me. Additionally I had asked for a hi-c fruit punch, and was given an orange. Recieved my chicken nuggets, but without the sauce I had asked for. After all this I was over it and just left. This location is very unprofessional, and the language barrier is making ordering very complicated.

Bought the spicy chicken strips and when I got home I found out they were placed in a a FOIL BAG. You know what happens to hot food when placed in a bag? It gets soggy. My chicken strips were wet and weren’t even crispy at all anymore. It was too gross to even attempt to eat. Not only that but I asked for extra ranch and received ONE ranch. For 5 strips and a large fries it’s funny to even think that one ranch cup will do anything.

This is just about the worst JiB franchise you can imagine. Stingy policies regarding sauce, whereas you order a snack box and tacos and they refuse to give you any more than 1 single taco sauce. Employees that forget if they’ve even given you your drink, then mock and tease my wife (directly in front of me) through the drive through window. I’ll do literally anything to never give this horrible franchise another penny. I asked this employee directly – “what’s with the attitude?”, and his reply was all about being overworked and underpaid. You won’t even find this location in the Jack in the Box app, probably because even they are embarrassed to call this franchise owner part of their business.

Always have and always will love that Whopper but certain times with certain employees it is hard to get the old-fashioned American customer service or they talk so they talk so unreasonable and act so ornery that I’ve had to walk away and go somewhere else to get food. Then when you catch an honorable employee with no malice or larceny in their heart, it’s the best customer service you could expect. Maybe the managers need to be vetted better or retrain to retain their employment. Whichever, please keep making them whoppers like they have and I’ll deal with the humans with God’s math.

Ok jack in the box, here is why you get a 1 star review from me which could have easily been a higher review. I’ve lived spitting distance from your location for about 20 years and I’m not even going to complain about the Ecoli you gave my baby sitter or the ice cream machine being broken every time I roll through after 10. Here it is , I order combos but I don’t drink soda so I always tell the employee to just give me a side like small fry or taco or something else of equal value amd they always say “no” they aren’t all owed to do that. So instead you guys charge me for items I’m not getting. Give your employees the authority to make 89 cent decisions. Stop charging me for soda I can’t drink. You all are crooks. 1 star.
