Slowest service ever! Sat at in the drive through for 20 minutes. Was told to wait a second at the order menu. Ended up being 5 minutes. I’m not exaggerating at all. Food came out looking like it was made by a person with eyes in the back of their head. Terrible service. I see the owner asked me to explain our experience on their website, but you can see it right here. We won’t be going there again. It’s not the first time they’ve been slow.

4 stars down to 1. Ordered the cluck chicken sandwich barely any sauce. The picture on the display shows sauce drizzling off of the chicken. I had to check for sauce and the small amount that was put on was soaked into the center of the bun…. Not even the entire bun. See pictures.

The guy in the drive thru really needs to work on his customer service skills, complaining to us that we made him work more cause we ordered food 45 mins before they closed. We weren’t even the only cars in line and we had to wait 15 mins just to order and get our food. I recommended any other place but this one.

My girlfriend & I drove about 20 minutes to this location as we both work nights & it was one of the very few places that were open online (the hours read 6am-4am). I understand that places have staffing shortages & ultimately it leads to opening late, or closing early. I have worked in service my entire life & I have dealt first hand with call outs, covid, understaffing, you name it. What I don’t really understand, and I’m hoping someone in management can reply to my comment so I can better understand for next time – I was told they were “closed” but that I could order through DoorDash or Uber Eats and pick it up in the drive thru. Do the tills get reconciled before you’re actually closed? I had cash or card, Apple Pay, etc. I didn’t want to order on one of the apps and pay 20% more in fees or elevated pricing, or I would have just ordered delivery at home because at that stage I had spent in gas what I would have tipped the driver. I guess it just felt like we were being turned away because they wanted to close early, but because I’m assuming they don’t have the ability to pause or halt orders, they have to stay “open” because all of that is trackable through the app, as we have rideshare delivery at my work. Just thought management might want to know. Not looking for anything free whatsoever.

I found out today that Google has the wrong hours. I went late at night, and while I wasn’t able to get any food because they were closed, I really can’t complain. They had already been closed for more than a half an hour, and the staff member that was there to finish cleanup was quick to come onto the speaker box and let me know that they were closed and even offered suggestions of where else I could go nearby (with directions!) to get a meal at this time of night. I have never in my life had someone do that after hours at any fast food restaurant. Absolute top tier Service. I’ll be back when they’re open

To be completely honest typically it’s great and my go-to. I have one closer to home but prefer to drive further. First I didn’t realize that some of the specials so it took me a bit longer. Then when I decided. I unfortunately didn’t carry any card on me. They couldn’t break it. Which I understand. But the tone of the employee was not very kind. I kept apologizing. But never once did he. Just not the usual kind people that I usually interact with.

The crew on 08/09/2023 gave me office hours and said that they were unavailable to serve through the drive-thru. If this is the case please update the Google hours that normal drive thru is not available and it’s only for Door dash/delivery only.
