This was my large curly fry, this was the best part of the visit. The young man working both drive through and front counter was kicking but trying to run them both and running food out to waiting drive through customers in the parking lot. The four people in the back of the house making the food were awful, the language and the volume of their voices was totally unprofessional. They were constantly blaming the kid for all the mistakes made in expediting the orders. There is no cohesive flow in this crew and if I were the boss the young man would be the only one who still had a job. So sad to see this in a high pace fast food establishment. I don’t typically leave a negative review but I was one of several customers who suffered through the service today. 23, December 2019. Eat in Order # 394

My friend and I were looking for a quick snack to keep us going while we were out shopping. We saw Jack-in-the-Box and decided to go to the drive-through. The line was relatively short, and the service was quick. From start to finish, our total time spent there was approximately 20 minutes. I had been craving french fries so that is what I ordered and they were hot, abundant, not too salty and fresh! My friend wasn’t sure what she wanted so the person taking our order made a suggestion which I thought was very kind. It was a Junior Jack ( burger) because she wanted just a snack and she ordered a soda, too. Total cost was six dollars and change. We did not go inside as we were in a hurry. I have always enjoyed my meals at any Jack-in-the Box. It was a good choice for us that day.

I’ve known Jack in the box for many many years. This one is just one of so many others that I have frequented. And I like this one. I’ve never been disappointed. They are prompt. And it’s conveniently close to where I live. The staff is friendly and they will talk to you. Very nice. I’m happy that the dine-in area is open once again.

Worst experience ever! While my order was simply a grilled sourdough burger and ice tea…I received two slices of grilled sourdough a terrible patty and lots of mayo – it was disgusting. Then to pour salt on my wounds the gave me Fuze Ice Tea instead of the brewed tea. I don’t want some man made garbage, just old fashioned brewed ice tea.

You can tell they’re really sorry every time, but this drive thru never seems to be staffed fully enough to keep the line moving. I’ve been in line 40 minutes so far and there’s still a car in front of me. I feel badly for the employees because they always seem to be stressed out. I can imagine they deal with angry customers a lot if this is any indication of the rest of the shift.

Food was good, service was fairly quick all things considered. But the poor young man working the window seemed lost. As I rolled up to it he came running out the door behind me to give something to the person who had been at the window in front of me. Then when I finally got my food about 10 minutes later I pulled forward to look in the bag and it seemed like something was missing, so I pulled around to the other side of the building to double-check and sure enough something was. Just as I was going to get out of the car and go inside to say something to them he came running out the door with it. Sad part was when he handed it to me he had shaken it up so bad that I was unable to actually enjoy it when I got home and saw it.

I’d give em negative stars if I could…. took them like 20 minutes to even take my order, then we had to wait about a total of an hour before we even got our order. And hours time For lukewarm, over greasy food. And they didn’t even have a second drink carrier!They almost always are out of what we want, take forever, food ends up being gross, don’t waste your time going here…. you could go to an actual decent restaurant for LESS time then it takes you to get this “FAST” food….

Happy Places
My wife and I went through the drive- thru at this Jack In The Box last night and placed an order. My wife ordered the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack meal and I ordered the Sourdough Jack Meal. After waiting for several minutes at the drive-thru window we were told to please pull around front and someone will bring our meals out us. Still wait like 10min out front and when finally got our meal. We proceeded to open up our burgers and both of them were flat as if they were stepped on or stuff was stacked on top of them. My wife took her burger back and had them make a new one. She returned the burger with the fries in a bag. She received the burger without the fries. Made her pretty up set and frustrated. We sent almost $22 there for some low quality food and service. The fast food industry has surely went down hill in recent years.
