Absolutely terrible experience. Jess took our order screamed at us because we were talking faster than she could type and then messed up our food. She provided no receipt and when we asked her why she felt the need to scream at us she told us to leave. Terrible food management and customer service is nom existent.

It’s hit or miss. I like that they serve breakfast all day, but the hash browns sit too long in warmer most afternoons and are crunchy all the way through. A few times, the eggs were burnt. 12 dollars is too much for an un-eatable meal or any fast breakfast, really, so it’ll be nice when they finally open the indoor dining so customers can ‘walk in’ a poorly done order in instead of getting back in the drive thru line. “Usually,” the window person is quick, kind, and welcoming. They used to do a pup cup for dogs, but management put a stop to that. Grrr.

They should really reimburse customers for the amount of gas you waste waiting for them, i’m just kidding i understand that they’re usually really busy being pretty much the only Jack in the box left in Springfield area. Had some bad experiences with not getting everything I ordered or getting the wrong thing and it was very inconvenient since the lobby has remained closed for years so I spent almost forty minutes in total getting my order, but the staff was nice enough about getting my food right I just hate how this location is drive through only
