I placed an order online for $50.91, went to go pick up the food and the store was closed, no one was there. I called the store for a refund and spoke with the Manager Vicky, who said she would call me back. Never heard from her and of course you cannot call corporate as they do not take phone calls. Had to go through my bankcard to get the charge refunded. Absolutely the WORST experience I have had to deal with in customer service. Take your money, no problem, process an order, they are thinking about it, being open when they are supposed to be, ABSOLUTELY not. Would have been nice if they would have followed up with me. Called and left a message for the owner to call me and the guys says I have seen him once since working here, he won’t call you back. NICE!!!!! He took my name and number and I am sure it went in the round basket by the phone.

My husband went inside to order our food. 1st an employee states right off that they are not accepting cash with no explanation as to why only accepting debit or credit. He used his debit card but forgot to take it out of the card reader, he left was gone maybe 5 minutes went back to see if they might of found employee from drive thru stated no there hasn’t been anyone come in since you left. She was rude. However the card reader was turned around towards the cashier. Debit card was cancelled right away. The food was not that good the tomatoes were old and both burgers were warm. I am sick to my stomach. We will never go back. I only put 1 star so I could post this review, not even worth 1.

The online ordering and ease of use is a joke. I had first searched to find the app but nothing came up so ordered online. Then at end of order the option for the app popped up. Then once I received my order I was missing two tacos, and since I used drive-thru I had to park and go inside. The young man seemed to challenge my statement of that I was missing the tacos and verified with coworkers he put 4 in my bag. I sat my bag down so he could see and hinted towards like he didn’t believe me and that I took the other two out, but which I did not do! He then finally apologized, ordered two more tacos be made, and put them into my bag and thanked me for coming in. Watch the movie “Give It them the pickle” it’ll teach you staff what Good Customer Service should look like!!!

If I could put zero stars, I would. I’m an extremely disappointed. I used the Jack in the Box online delivery and ordered $40 worth of food for dinner that never arrived. All I got were “confirmation” text messages from first Uber and then Doordash. Both sent messages saying the order couldn’t be completed and was canceled and to contact the location where I ordered from. Uber told me it was canceled, then Doordash said our ordered was being completed and then sent another message saying it was canceled. Tried several times to call Jack in the Box number as well as the other numbers from the sent text messages lying about my order. It rang and rang and rang and said “your call cannot be completed at this time”. Highly unprofessional and just plain rude. I’d like to be compensated for this!!

We were sitting at the drive thru speaker waiting for about 20 minutes, got no response, drove up to the window and no response. There was 2 cars outside one a silver/tan cadillac, the other a maroon red chrysler wagon. We decided to drive around slow and as we left the 2 employees finally popped out of their hide hole in the kitchen where there was ability to see them. They have done this before and it’s always when those 2 cars are there and they never respond.

Says open till midnight just went through the drive thru at 9:50pm all the employees standing around inside. If you are closed why does your drive thru sign say on and your hours online say you’re open. Employees turning off signs so they don’t have to work, ridiculous.

Just attempted to go to this location this morning. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes. No one said anything on the intercom so I drove up to the window. At first I couldn’t see anyone, but then saw someone’s arm from around a corner. I dont know if they were talking to someone or hiding from me, but I left. Never in my life have I gone to a fast food restaurant at 10:30 in the morning and been completely ignored. Absolutely ridiculous. So I took my business elsewhere.

The drive through intercom not working- took a bit longer to order and get food but nothing too extreme. I was given paper towels instead of napkins- it was odd but better than no napkins. Food was hot and taste was as expected. This experience was during dinner hours about 6pm. There was a car parked near the drive through where someone was clearly living. That unfortunately seems to be the norm around a lot of businesses lately. Really makes you wonder if the vandalism on the equipment is from people who have established residence in the business parking lot.
