Went to Jack in the box place my order I ask for my food to be cooked to order when I got my food the fries were over cooked. I try calling but I guest they too busy to answer the phone. I called several times and no one picks up. If I have a problem with my food I would like someone to answer the phone and address my concerns.

UPDATE 8/23: Sorry Jack, I had to change service to 1 star because 3 out of the last 4 visits, they forgot an item everytime. The first time the chicken for my salad (I drove home and then noticed), the 2nd time no utensils or dressing and today they forgot my large drink, but I drove all the way back to get it. I highly suggest if you go thru this drive thru to check your order before leaving. Different shifts made mistakes because I went there different times of the day.

So, I’ve came here twice for uber eats,at different times. I’ve eaten here twice before but the food was terrible, but I do uber eats. Explain to me there is a huge sign stating the dining room is open but when you walk up to the door, it’s closed. If your short staffed, I get it, Noone wants to work anymore but for God sakes, it takes a minute to write a note saying the dining room is closed. Instead you have people walking up to a locked door looking dumbfounded. Hello! Common sense!

Tonight’s drive thru was uncalled for. 1. I ordered side of lettuce & tomato. The drive thru worker said ”it’s not on the register I can’t add it to your order. “ so I repeated myself but asked to just have it on the side & I’ll pay for it. Again he repeats himself with same response. 2. I ask the girl at the drive thru window. She straight ignore me & turns back around. I then pay for my order and as she’s passing me my bags of food, she’s just looking at me with an attitude hold out my bags like I’m not grabbing my bags fast enough without saying a word to me. I mentioned to her she should speak up so I know she’s passing me my order. I then ask for a manager & she tells me”oh I don’t know “ totally with an attitude & I’m trying my best to talk to her nice 12:20am in the morning. Now I’m demanding a manger, here come the MANAGER just clueless & had absolutely no understanding of my complaint or care of my complaint. kept telling me Ok ok as she was trying to get me to go b/c she was getting a long line. Asked the manager to give me her name & her bosses name & number. She then hands me her name & number telling to go. Just rude, unprofessional management , unnecessary attitude, lack of training on register & window. This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
