No line for a sunday, but drive thru was a little slow and there was only 3 cars in line and 4 cars parked. Fries were already cold and so was my burger when I got home which is 5 min away. Not sure about Jack’s philosophy of ‘ we don’t cook it til you order it’ but the items were sitting so dissapointed

waited 10 minutes in the drive through to order even tho there were 3 total cars, went for the new munchie meal that is plastered everywhere on there store and menu, they said they didn’t have it at all,when it came out like yesterday. went again today to give them the benefit of maybe they jus sold out but again had the exact same experience, never going to this store again,one thing i forgot to mention. i called at least 5 times 10 minutes apart to see if they had it today before i left and they never once answered the phone. horrible experience

Possibly the worst Jack in the Box. I’d advise going to Wahiawa over this location. Why? Because the drive thru. They lock the store so you can’t get in and are forced to go to the drive through. Then they take, and I cannot stress this enough, FOREVER. I was DoorDashing, got there at 1213. It’s 1234 at the time of me writing this review and I’m three cars away from the loudspeaker where you order. What the hell?
