It appears the night staff are not motivated to work as my food is constantly cold and the wait time is excessive. I placed an order with a wait time of over an hour. When my dasher arrived approximately 30 minutes later they claimed to never have received my orders and it was ultimately cancelled. Sad

Please do not go here. My family and I stopped here after visiting up north and we should have never eaten the food we were given. We went through the drive thru and bought a few combo meals. The chicken nuggets for my daughter were burnt, the chicken patty on my other daughter’s sandwich was burnt, and there was something off about my breakfast sandwich. We ate them anyways because we were starving though. Our fries unfortunately were inedible. They were covered in this weird black stuff? I don’t know if it was just gunk from the oil or burnt ends from the warming tray, but I was not about to eat them. If you stopped by around 12:30noon on 12/18/23, you know what I’m talking about.

We drove through coming from Utah and were slightly disappointed they no longer had the potato wedges, but the customer service totally made up for it. Teresa was super helpful even though with all the drive-thru customers it was clearly stressful. And I’m not sure of the other guy’s name that helped me, but my chicken patty was a little meh and they were super apologetic and were quick to rectify the issue. They both deserve a raise!
