This is the second night in a row that I have stopped by this location to get dinner after I got off work. Time is 11:40pm and the same guy was working the drive thru. He constantly talks over me, not listening to what I’m trying to order, and having an attitude. This makes me have to constantly repeat myself. He then screws up the order and we have to start all over again. When he does finally get it right he takes forever to get my drink. Most of the time I was waiting he spent messing with his phone. When I finally got my orders I was missing items. Last night I did not receive my sweet and sour sauce for my egg roll (specifically requested) and tonight I did not receive my utensils for my loaded tiny tacos. I think it’s time to go somewhere else.
