There is a new person who works late nights, a woman, who is rude and condescending. She presumes that a request outside the standard order (for instance, requesting additional sauces) must be met with derisive declaration of “policy” that an additional charge is required…without bothering to give any benefit of the doubt that a customer would not necessarily have a problem paying the additional fee before she adopts a “high horse” attitude. Recently, when returning my credit card after processing it for payment, rather than hand it to me, she placed on the ledge outside the drive through window, and after a few minutes finally bothered to announce that she had placed it there. She seems to go out of her way to make that very brief encounter as hostile and uncomfortable as possible.

My friend and I went through the drive through for a snack. Carla, who took our order, not only messed it up but left out all of our tacos and curly fries when the food was later handed to us. When we went back to get what we’d paid for, we were lied to, absolutely disrespected, and shown hostility the entire time by her. I have never had worse customer service in my entire life.

I don’t know what’s wrong with them but when I got to the drive thru they had 8 cars in front of me and it took me more than 1 hour to deliver my food and I still They told me to park and go inside the restaurant I totally lost about an hour and a half for my food they are very slow to take them and the cooks are very slow they need to change staff those Night shops are not highly recommended, all Jack in the box are like that, they need to pay well and have people who know what Aser has to do with his job. All done but well for me it is not recommended

So disappointed with the female at the drive thru. No matter how many times we give it a chance again, she is there. We order, things come up different on the screen, we ask her to change it, and she does something totally different. How do you change drinks and sizes, and end up getting charged for two whole meals on top of what you ordered? She isn’t friendly at the window either. After I brought it up, someone else came to the window to give the food. Waste of money and took home lots of food that we didn’t even want. I guess that’s what you get for not supporting local and going to faster food chains. Move her to the back because she clearly can’t understand clear English every time we go through. I want to add that every other person we’ve dealt with were awesome each time. But every time we go and she’s there, we get wrong ordering, and sass.

Went through the drive thru. They were fast and friendly. The large drink is huge. Unfortunately, I know from experience that their paper straw won’t last as long as my soda. Hope I have a backup somewhere in my car.
