Drive through was extremely poor customer service. After waiting 2 minutes for them to greet me ,they still had an attitude. Then had the nerve to ask me to move forward. So you can trick the timer. I refused. They refused my order and gave me back my money. Real talk. Because I didn’t want to move forward. Dude is a straight b#%$# and a punk. He did give me a free soda still. Haha. Loser

Decent visit, I believe there’s a new employee named Omar. He was respectful and kind. Seems like it might be his first time working in customer service. I came up to order, and asked if they could break my 100 for my 12.90 meal. He said he’d check and then later said he could. I didn’t check until I drove away and down to get some gas. My change should’ve been 87.10, but it was off by $20. So I turned around and drove back. Omar was once again very kind and respectful. His supervisor/manager I think went in on him though. He might’ve been having a bad night or stressed with the crowd or something. Understandable, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. If anything I was expecting them to recount the drawer and notice it being over in that sense. I didn’t mind waiting we all have those days. Just hope Omar doesn’t let that guy get to him.

One of those places that you go to not because you have a choice but because it’s the only walk-in service around there. That being said the sandwich wasn’t all that bad but for a three bite meal it was on the costier end.

Every morning around 4am they claim to be doing a update. But the order signs are still on with no sign saying they are closed. If your not really open for business 24 hours then you should take the hours signs off saying you are. It shouldn’t take 45 mins to do it and cash should be accepted. Why would you update all your systems at the same time when your supposed to be open. You need to take your signs down saying your open 24 hours. It’s false advertisement.

Very rude cashiers, completely ignored me and acted as if I wasnt a paying customer because I asked how much longer on my burger after i waited 25 mins for a sourdough burger. Never eating at this place again. Doesn’t help that the manager and cashiers argue about who doing what. If I could give them zero stars I would. UPDATE after waiting 30 mins for my food, it was provided to me once I asked for a refund and it was cold and hard.

I love Jack in the Box but the whole restaurant is shielded by two confusing lines of cars in their drive thru. Often I’ve craved and once I cancelled an online order because the line was down the street. It’s not that great but it’s clearly popular. I wish that aspect was fixed. Otherwise it’s great Jack in the Box food, very nostalgic. Reminds me of getting food with my dad every morning on my way to school.
