Stopped by while I was on a road trip for something quick to eat. They gave me the wrong salad which was no problem as I had went back to get the right one, but once I got the chance to eat my salad I noticed they gave me the wrong one again. So after pointing out their mistake and letting them know which salad they were supposed to make, they somehow managed to make and give me the wrong order twice even though it was not busy at all.

This was a carry out mobile order. The service was alright, but they made my pineapple shake immediately & put it on the counter w/o my food. I had to ask if that was mine & my food wasn’t ready for at least 6-7 mins. Also I had ordered a spoon & straw for shake. The spoon wasn’t provided until after I was being given my food. Normally, I wouldn’t care except they chose to make the shake immediately, so it would’ve been helpful to be given the spoon with the shake.

Horrible service, I pulled up to the drive thru and had to wait around 10 minutes until someone spoke over the intercom to give me service. I ordered my meal and went to the window. I had ordered a milkshake that day and they told me they were unable to serve me a milkshake because they didn’t have the equipment to do it. Which was not a very valid reason. They got my jumbo jack order wrong and I ordered hot sauce and ranch with ketchup but they only gave me 2 ketchup packets. The burgers were also horrible. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Oh, man. Place was dirty for 2:00 on a Tuesday in the afternoon. Walked in and only saw 2 people with some kind of music blasting from the back. Eventually more people came out. Bathroom was also dirty. But, I’ll say this, the guy taking the order was friendly enough. Other than that, keep going if you have a choice. I really hope the owner reads this and gets his people trained or gets some new help with employees that care. Real bad first impression.
