Ordered the jack snack wraps. One classic and two spicy. My fiancé can’t have anything spicy because of some medical issues. They mislabeled the wraps and it completely ruined her. So thanks for ruining her next 3 days.

I went through the drive thru. It seems the headset wasn’t working or something because I was asked 4 times what I wanted. I was trying to ask about the amount of nuggets. After I *finally* put my order in, I realized after I had left they didn’t give me utensils for my side salad. An overall annoying experience.

The service is horrible. I ordered a large ice coffee and a small hot coffee. The girl hand over 2 hot coffees. I asked her nicely that I ordered a large ice coffee first then added a small hot coffee. Instead of adding ice to my coffee she showed attitudes to me. She walked away without talking to me then spoke Spanish to her-coworker with an angry voice letting me hanging there. The coworker helped me with another cup of ice. I asked her what happened to that girl, she came back and talked back to me that I ordered two hots and then now this and that then walked away. What kinda service was that? I came back and asked for the manager, they told me that there is no manager at this location. Please check the camera and the conversation between your employees and customers to improve the customer service at this location.

Service was great very polite personal my problem was that RIBEYE BURGER it was just disgusting I’m a driver I’ve had nasty and good burgers before I don’t mean to exaggerate but even am pm cheese is better then that RIBEYE BURGER. I have dogs and the meat in that burger taste like my dog food smells ever had that thing that you could smell something so much you could almost taste it well that was my experience. I might even have to change my dogs food if that’s what it taste like to them. Sorry jack you left me down don’t call that rib-eye plz..

You see the chili burger on tv ,half what they show coming out of the burger is more then what’s on the whole double chili burger..jack a double needs way more then a portion teasoon of chilion the whole burger look at tv burger and look at this blank!it’s supposed to be kinda messy.they say weres the beef I say what chili.

Dont support this jack in the box. They are running a scam. They will leave their online ordering on but close the drivethrough store. Your money is then just lost since theres essentially no way to get a refund from the non existent customer service
