I’m a multilingual person. English & Spanish are the main languages. As I try to order in English the post the counter barely understood English; so to get my order right I spoke in Spanish, when I got my order it was not up to the recipe. More importantly the counter person refused to acknowledge me in Spanish so communication was correct, in fact she seemed and acted offended because I tried to make sure our communication was correct . Needless to say I will never come back to this location.

I entered the drive thru not 20 minutes ago (roughly 10pm) and explained I needed a second to get our order together. Told the gentleman who answered us that I was ready with 2 orders, at which point he said “You can’t order 2. They haven’t trained us for multiple orders on the system yet.”

Everything I wanted to get from the “menu” at 10:45pm they were “out of”. It sounded like they didn’t want to be inconvenienced and make them. No munchie meal, no curly fries, no Powerade, no tacos no regular popcorn chicken etc. It seems this particular location is always out of something, this isn’t the first time. It also sounded like the person taking my order was either high, half asleep or stupid because she didn’t comprehend anything I asked for even tho I spoke clearly. Definitely not coming here again. I recommend going to a different location for all the Night Shift people since there’s no customer service etiquette at this location

Horrible experience for the last week going in for a late night snack I usually never write reviews but this was getting out of hand. To start off whoever was at the window took forever to take my order, and then they weren’t serving tacos they couldn’t explain why they weren’t. Second I asked for vitamin water and got orange soda, how do you mix that up? And to top it off I asked for receipt and they couldn’t give it to me. So what the heck is that ? This place needs a shape up in management because that is completely unacceptable never plan on going here anymore rather drive 20 minutes out to a different one
