I’ve been coming to this Jack in the box for years, but I’ll keep my review relevant for the last few visits. Overall the food is usually always good and they are consistent here. Plenty of options on the menu and the staff is usually receptive to customizing options. My primary complaint is the inconsistencies on staff as of late. Sometimes I go and have this guy who is super efficient, friendly, and takes care of business. Other times I go I have a girl help me that is efficient but seems to not have much patience which makes ordering a little intense. Other times I get a teenager who apparently never learned manners. Nothing like being handed a bag of food followed by “Here” and not “Thank you”. Otherwise this is still my go to jack in the box. Breakfast sandwiches I get the egg is usually not very appetizing.

I guess just giving a one star without explanation got the attention of this business so I will give an explanation now. About a week or two ago, I went in and at least 3 employees looked at me while I was at the front counter but didn’t say anything to me and kept walking away. I was the only one at the counter so they all looked me in the eyes at least once before walking away from me. One chose to roll her eyes at me slightly before she walked away. When someone did talk to me, they couldn’t find my order. When they did find the missing ticket, they found that they never made it and complained about it in spanish. They continued complaining to eachother in spanish with an attitude while making the order. I can only assume that I didn’t look spanish due to my complexion, so they probably thought I couldn’t understand them. Once they gave me the order, I tried asking a question to the employee and he mumbled like he didn’t understand me and walked away. There was an item missing from my order so I started to get a bit irritated so I left without the extra item. As I was walking out, they made one last snarcky remark to eachother about me. It made me feel unwelcomed and made my experience uncomfortable. This was my first time trying this restaurant so it gave me a bad first impression. I have worked in spanish food industries before and we always made the customers feel welcomed with compliments and laughter. This place was the opposite.

Went here and in part of our order, the employee charged us for 3 orders of the 2 tacos. They did refund us and correct the order. When we got the food, it was missing the fries. They also did correct this too (luckily we ate in). Clientele also sitting inside was unusual. The freestyle machine served not very carbonated soda. The food itself was good.
