This Jack in the box is a good one. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I like their tacos. This is close to my house so I stop here about 2 times a month for lunch or a late nite snack. The food is always hot and tasty. They have a drive through so you don’t have to get out of the car and it is fast. I would recommend this store.

On March 12th around 9pm maybe close to 10pm stopped by and went through the drive thru. Ordered Oreo Shake and mini churros. I pull up to the window in time to watch the employee make my shake. While he was mixing it some got on his hand. When he was finished mixing it he wipes his hand with a napkin then with the same napkin wipes the rim of the cup that has my milkshake in it. When he came up to the window I told him ” You wiped your hands with the napkin then you wipe the rim of my cup. What’s up with that?” I also added at the end. The employee then looked at me with a upset/bothered look but knew he couldn’t B.S. his way out of it. He then asked, “Would you like me to make you another one?” I said, “YES.” So then he made me another one. Point is be aware of the people who are making your food and hold them accountable especially when they aren’t practicing proper food handling etiquette.
