We purchased food for our family through the drive thru. The food was horrible. The salad tasted very bitter and uncleaned, the drinks tasted like sewer water. No, I have not tasted sewer water, but if I did, I imagine this would be what it would taste like. The fries were extra salty, greasy and crumbled in pieces as opposed to whole slices. The chicken sandwich was burnt, dry with no flavor. We paid over $40 for the food and had to immediately trash it all. After about 45 minutes or so, my children and myself started having upset stomachs. I’ve eaten here in the past with no problem, but today’s experience was such a bad experience, I felt compelled to right this review.

I don’t like when they use the gloves to handle the money and then go straight and touch the food one of the girls there was wearing a hair net the other one had a hairnet on but she had hair on both sides of her face like touching her cheeks touching it pulling the hair back off her cheeks and touching her face and then putting the food in the bag kind of turned me off I am a Jack In The Box fan but I think they need better training they get a false sense of cleanliness with using the glove to operate the cash register handle the food so I won’t be going back there for a while

Came to to this location with my Father who’s a disabled veteran and Alana working the drive thru window was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I understand the pandemic has caused businesses to hire whoever they can, however, poor service is never acceptable, especially, to a disabled veteran.
