I hadn’t been to a Jack in the Box for several years, and I now know why. Service is a bit slow, Etienne and the in-store atmosphere is very average. But the food, over the years, has markedly deteriorated. There are fewer items on the menu and the quality of the items gives the fast food genre its bad reputation. I’ll not be returning to Jacks.

When I walked in there wasn’t no one to be found at the front counter so I went to the bathroom and it was a Wreck, and what made it so unacceptable, they just opened, so I got there at 6:20am; so that means they never clean up the bathrooms ever, and perhaps the table neither. I was the only person there and it took 20min to get my food. Terrible!!!

I give them a zero if I could Not only did they get the order wrong they refused to correct it stating we got what we paid for. The employees took our order repeated it back to us several times so we thought we got what we asked for. Got home instead of loaded tiny tacos go regular tiny tacos. We were Not given a receipt. Instead of fixing the problem the employees refuse to do anything stating we ordered tiny tacos not loaded tiny tacos. I don’t know what has happened to customer service but these employees lack any care for the patron. I will never go back to Jack in the Box again because obviously they don’t care about customers

Nice. Not real friendly to walk up, food was standard fare however I finally saving my order I was given a friendly smile and white appeared to be a genuine have a nice day. It was late in the day and even I had an attitude. That smile really helped me through the rest of my day and allowed me to shed some of the negative that I had accumulated during the day.
