Ugh! Worst possible service from both the employee and manager on shift. Doors were locked inside so I had to go through the long line in the drive through again just to fix regular fries to the curly fries I ordered. When I get to the menu they told me that’s not what I got charged for and had to pay for the curly fries, nothing they could do about it and didn’t even acknowledge the mishap. Neither of my orders were given to me with a receipt and to top it all off both orders of fries tasted like they’d been under a heat lamp for wayyyyy longer than they should’ve been. Overall bad service and bad food. Definitely will not be coming to this establishment again and direct my friends/family away from here too.

Employees were rude and unprofessional. I was standing at the counter for five minutes before someone took my order. I ordered a loaded breakfast and it took 12 minutes. I asked the employee why it took so long and he said the drive thru customers are their number one priority not the customers inside the restaurant. The employees were not wearing name tags but the guy said his name is Oscar. I asked for the name of the manager and nobody would give it to me . They said they are not allowed to give out the name of the manager. Really, really bad service. I was the only customer inside the restaurant so you would think service will be fast since I counted five employees inside but NO, drive thru customers are more important! I called customer service and gave my info so I hope they call me back.

Worst service I have ever experienced in 20 years of living in Ontario. Order taker was rude and completely tried to rush my order. I asked for a manager she was even more rude. 730pm Saturday night manager terrible person. Her question was you gonna order or not…… I told her she was even more rude than the previous person. I explained what happened she continued to side with her rude employee. this restaurant was my first job ever 2006… these personnel were out of line and completely incompetent. Worst service in 20 years.

This is the second time they didn’t complete our order. First time they forgot to give my husband a bag of food. Last night they shorted us 2 tacos. Also, the sourdough burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. They have good cherry coke so there’s that.

Went order food for my daughter wen we got home shenopen her jumbojack an it had. A worm on it it made me sick or some kind of crawling bug I call an the person who spoke with me was rude an had the worse customer service I ask to speak with the general manager an there was none on site i ask for a refund on my entire order I love jack but I don’t think I’ll ever eat there again

This is the 2nd worse Jack n the Box I’ve been to. They are either closed when it clearly says 24hrs. Or they don’t have tacos. I wouldn’t have given them a bad review unless it’s happened on several occasions. This store sucks and I’d rather drive 10 miles out of my way for better service.

Horrible service due to staff shortage. They forgot part of our order and then had an attitude abouti. Cashier was trying to multitask with handling food, register and drive thru. Co-worker came back in from her break and began helping, without washing her hands (didn’t think to much at the time). Now Spending a weekend sick to my stomach.
