I ordered a jumbo jack plain with bacon and curly fries. When I got my order it had cheese. So I let the person know and they asked if I wanted a new one or the cheese taken off. Well of course I want a new one because I don’t like cheese. So once I get my burger I asked if there was a price difference and they say yes 50 cents. Do you want your money back? Seriously, like who likes to give money to restaurants for stuff they didn’t pay for. Well apparently they “couldnt” find the keys so I didn’t get my money back. They took my name down so I could go get it.

I enjoy going to this jack in the box because there are no slow and long waits in the drive-through line. I love that they service breakfast all day. I had to take 2 stars away because I don’t like that this particular store does not take my American Express card, when the other local jack in the box locations do.

Wife and I had lunch there, we were greeted by the manager ( Kristina ) felt welcome, order our combo’s, food was hot and tasty not to mention the presentation was picture perfect, will definitely be coming back here, thanks again

Manager of this location is so kind hearted & informative. For being a small Jack-in-the-Box, this specific spot is very quick and effective. I’ve never had an issue with my order, and I always leave with a smile.

Manager is rude during the day shift , they take forever to take your order if you go inside , majority of the time whe. I order tacos without cheese I find it’s been scrapped out since remnants of cheese are on it. I’m allergic to cheese so scrapping it off isn’t gonna work. Goto a different location

Worst management of all jack in the box, I was doordashing on Thursday 08/03/2023 at approximately 10 pm, no one was at the drive through at the moment, so I went over to the window to pick up the food, the dude stand by the drive through window saw me came over, so he turned his back on me, pretending he don’t see me, but looking at the security camera inside, so I knocked on the window several time, he ignores me, then alone came this female manager, looking angry as Fu..! She open the window asked me “where is your car? You need to drive around! This is a drive through no?” I show her my phone with the name of the order, she ignores me, and continue telling me drive around, “it’s not my problem, you need to drive around, oh I get in trouble last time when someone came to the window”, I told her there is nobody at the drive through right now, can you just hand the order to me, “nope, you need to drive around, I parked at the Burger King, its gonna need a big U-turn, she replies oh yeah that’s Burger King drive through! She constantly talks to me like I am dumb! Sure enough, there is 3 cars pulling in, imagine by the time I pull my car in, I will be behind like 6 cars by then! Only logical explanation is she don’t have the order ready, she wanna me to drive around to stall the time! Horrible manager with horrible attitude, horrible management with horrible service! Basically it’s her way or the highway!

Never coming to this Jack in the Box again. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 min no one took my order or bother to tell me they were closing soon. I had arrive at 11:37pm. Would rather drive to San Dimas then to come here. Very bad customer service.

This is an UNSTABLE location at night operations-wise. At least every Friday they close at whatever time the “maintenance crew” gets there sometime after 10pm and you’ll never find out until you get there because they tell you at the drive-thru speaker. If it’s a holiday like last night, they’ll close whenever they feel like it without putting up notice signs in the days before like any other sensible location manager/franchisee would. They don’t even block off their dedicated driveway entrance to indicate that they’re closed before they’re supposed to be.

These people are very rude spoke to the system manager or the main manager we should say not the general manager she wouldn’t give me his name or information I’ve had more than one complaint I’ve gotta go there a lot cause my kids and my lady likes Jack in the Box so I Go in the middle of the night during the day actually mean the night whenever the house is closed so it’s convenient but now I don’t feel comfortable going there I don’t trust them every time I ordered they get it wrong majority of time to get it right I should say several times I got it wrong and it’s a hassle to go back and let alone they want me to bend backwards and show them all the proof like if I’m supposed to know who was working there or who served me when most of them don’t even have their name tag
