Multiple times, they allow UberEats order to proceed and get to driver. Then when driver shows up at the restaurant, they are closed, even though the restaurant is advertised as being open 24 hours. Apparently they schedule mandatory breaks for their employees and don’t have staff to cover to keep the restaurant open. That’s understandable, but they should not advertise the restaurant as being open 24 hours, and they should not accept UberEats orders. It’s jack and the box. What can you say. They are all the same. Mediocre food, fair prices, slow service. The shake machine is on 24-hr unlike Macdonald and about every other fast food place. This was hands-down the best Jack in the Box I have ever been to. It was clean, they worked quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager. There was a slight mix up with a drink I ordered. I told the manager it was no problem and that I would take it how it was. I was happy to take it how it was, but he kindly insisted on fixing the minor mix-up, and he did. I don’t live down that way, but if I want Jack in the Box again, I will gladly travel to this particular one. I wish I could remember the managers name. It was a name I’ve never heard before. It was different, but simple. I think it begins with an E, but don’t quote me on that.

Lady at window could not understand me. Please put somebody at the window who can actually understand the client that is coming to purchase food. I had to go all the way up to the cash window in order for her to understand what I was asking for. Luckily after I left I pulled over to eat my food before I went home and they didn’t even get my order right after that. So I go back pull in and tell the manager that I got they got my order wrong and he doesn’t offer me anything other than I’m sorry. People don’t go through the drive-through because they want to come back inside and have to get the order correct next time offer something I never coming back there.
