I rarely go to Jack in the Box anymore, but I decided to stop at this one. The service wasn’t great, drive thu cashier was not friendly, seemed annoyed. The sourdough chicken sandwich I ordered, the chicken was rubbery. I ended up throwing it away and just ate the sourdough bread. Wasted 8 bucks. So that visit confirmed why I don’t go to Jack in the Box anymore.

Horrible experience most definitely will never come back here. Order in drive thru at night and some ex con looking guys walk up all in drive thru window all up leaning on my car and in my car window. Im stuck at the winow and had to yell at him to get away from my car then he got all crazy and threatening. Had to open my door and scary him off. My kid was scared. I ask the worker what’s going here you allow this here. He say you know how it goes. No I dont! On top of that didn’t get receipt. Order was messed up. One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life! Trust me I’m definitely calling their corporate Monday to talk to someone. Not a safe place to patronize at all. Not kid friendly, caused alot of stress and anxiety. Didn’t even enjoy my food. I took a few bites an thru it out. At least my son ate his food but total waste of money. This place is unexceptable and beyond disappointed!
