If we could give 0 stars that’s what I’d rate this place. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken tasted bad. When we went to request a meal replacement, I had taken 3 bites and the manager said “if she didn’t like it why didn’t she say something sooner before taking another bite”. She rolled her eyes at us after we explained that another bite was taken just to be sure. She continued with a nasty attitude saying I’ll give you another one if you want it, being treated the way she treated us we didn’t want anything so she had the cashier toss it in the trash and didn’t offer a refund for the disgusting thing they called chicken sandwich. This entire conversation happened as the was standing in the back, if she was gonna give an attitude she should’ve come to the front.

Whoever gentleman was working the window this morning didn’t include our ordered iced coffee. Just handed our bag and rushed us on our way. Wasn’t even a packed line at the drive through. They also charge 65 cents for ranch. Take it for what it is. Very unpleasant service, not expecting much but at least the basics of giving what we paid for.

Regrettably, my visit to this Jack in the Box was marred by unprofessionalism. The drive-thru staff lacked the expected level of professionalism and courtesy. They took an excessive amount of time to respond, and their manner of speaking was unprofessional. Additionally, the disappointment of unavailable menu items, such as the absence of tacos, added to the overall frustration. Enhancing professionalism and customer service should be a priority for this Jack in the Box location to provide a more satisfactory experience.

They dropped my food on the ground, I’m pretty sure they just put it back in the fryer. When I ask them to remake my order he got upset started throwing things around and had a hissy fit in the back. When the manager came in he only gave me half my money back on my order. Then the employee who made my order threatened to beat me up. This is absolutely unacceptable Jack in the Box.

Omg…. with my move , there are very few places to go to get anything food related , there is only Jack in the Box, within 5 miles. So, approximately 10 times , WE have been to my new local eatery…. Jack’s in the back, must be smoking Crack. DOORS ARE LOCKED, dive thru is closed, employees screaming at the top of their lungs at a customer who also had her TWO SMALL CHILDREN WITH HER, AND THE 3 OR 4 Jack’s in the back, employees, have scared these children and the adjacent convenient market, am/pm , all the customer ‘s, ME and about 20 other’s were all a little confused, walking in on a situation of such aggression. SO, THE JACK CRACK EMPLOYEES, PULLED DOWN THE SEPARATION DOOR . So, that day, NO FOOD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT THERE TO SEE OR JOIN IN ON THE DRAMA. I WILL POST , ABOUT THE OTHER 9 OR SO TIMES I WENT TO JACK IN THE BOX, AT ST.ROSE PKWY. AWFUL !!!! SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY GOING WRONG AT THIS STORE. POOR MANAGEMENT IS POOR MANAGEMENT… FIND SOME BETTER SOLUTIONS. WHEN I SAW WHAT I SAW, IF I WAS BOSS, EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE YELLING AT THE CUSTOMER, WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT, WITH IMMEDIATE VACATION OF THE PROPERTY. SERIOUSLY, IT WAS REDICULOUS.
