My sweetheart and I went through the drive-through. It was 2pm. Talk about RUDE. We could not believe someone SO rude would get hired at a place where people go for hospitality. The way she spoke, taking our order, while we paid for the food. Guess what? We didn’t get EVERYTHING we ordered. So, I go inside, with my bag of food. I asked for a manager, NO MANAGER. Had to wait several minutes for my TWO TACOS. The girl was using someone else’s code because on the receipt was the name Eric.

I ordered 4 orders of tacos,there were 3 cars ahead of . All three had ordered before I pulled up.25 minutes later I finally got my order. Drove home,looked at my order,7 tacos instead of 8. No big deal, tried to call the store to let them know about the mistake,20 rings,auto hang up. Tried again 10 rings someone picked up the phone and hung up. Jack lost a customer.

Train your people better! Im so sick of getting my order wrong, i eat there probably 5 times a week and at least 2 times a week my order is messed up. I am only on lunch break and only get a half hr to eat so i do not have time to come back and wait for new food! Get it together people!

I brought my jiu-jitsu team in for a big meal on one of our days off and we had to wait over an HOUR to get our food and the staff were rude and short.. Not only that but our order was completely wrong and almost caused one of the students to have an anaphylactic episode due the allergies we told them about three times while ordering. But what really convinced me that this place is completely broken is finding a small amount of Cocaine on the napkin dispenser in the male’s restroom. I was curious and looked into the female’s restrooms and the smell of sewer was too strong for me to step through the door. Being in management rehabilitation for ten years, I’d say the only thing wrong with this place is the managers and the staff they hire. The managers seem to be all family and the staff they hire seem like drug addicts. Ill be letting everyone i know to avoid this place. Why bring your kids where there are drugs?

Always get the tacos, they’re good at other Jack’s I’ve been to. This one was terrible. They were ice cold and the crunchy part at the top was stale, it was so rubbery I couldn’t even chew it. The part with the meat was so cold and greasy. IDK where they had these sitting but they were definitely not fresh. I tried to call but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Couldn’t go back cause my husband dropped dinner off on his way back to work. Just terrible.

Ordered online for it to be delivered. After over an hour of it not progressing to “pickup in progress”, I attempted to call the store to see if I would ever get my food. I could not get an answer to save my life. So, I called corporate to try and get my $ back for this order. I got advised to fill out a form online and I would be refunded because she could tell that the my order wasn’t being processed. 2 days later, I still don’t have a refund.

I used to work for jack in the box. It wasn’t okay to put two tacos in one sleeve. It still shouldn’t be okay. Plus tacos come with lettuce sooo. It’s unfortunate cottonwood doesn’t have somewhere good to eat.
