Jack-In-The-Box has been my go to for good fast food since 1967. The N. Campbell location is one of the best in town. They have great service; I sense an atmosphere of fun behind the counter. That’s a good thing, speaks well of management.

Order 3 burgers, got 2. Didn’t get bacon burger on bacon burger and didn’t get third. Ordered 3 curly fries, got 1. Ordered an iced coffee as part of one of the combos and wa charged $4.80 extra. Ordered sprite without ice with one of the combos and they were out so I got root beer with ice. Guess who didn’t get to eat.

First time at this location. I went through the drive-thru, so I can’t comment on anything else, but the food was good (and nice and warm), and the drive-thru folks were very pleasant. I got my food pretty quickly. My only “negative”, and its a minor one that didn’t affect my rating, was that the exterior of the building really needs some repairs from what appears to be water/storm damage from our summer monsoons. Not a big deal, but first impressions are important for businesses in my opinion.

I’m so sick of going to this location and either sitting in line for 15 mins or pulling up and being told either “were only doing mobile orders right now sorry” or ” we can’t take orders right now we’re working on door dash orders so it’s going to be awhile before we can take an order”. This is literally the ONLY fast food place in Tucson that has refused to take orders for any reason. I work at a restaurant and I would love to be able to say “sorry too busy can’t take your order” when we are slammed but I don’t get to and we only have one cashier and one cook. These places have a few people for each of those things at the least and they can’t make it work? If anything they should pause door dash and help the people who have already driven there to order vs people sitting at home doing nothing.

Used to be great but has been run down. Have to ask for everything specifically for it to be done. No sauce, no napkins, forks or straws. The employees put in the minimum and so does management. It shows through the physical building – all their lights are broken and you have you use a flashlight to order.

Only take mobile orders? Tried to make an account for like 10 minutes in the drive thru like. It kept telling me my password was wrong. Literally so inconvenient. Not gonna bother with this dumb app.

I deliver food to those who order, those who work there are very disgusting, they don’t work well, they joke by saying that I have to wait 30 minutes to get my food. I don’t know why they do that. I have reported them where they should. Now let them continue to do so badly. If they continue to work like this, I believe that you will not have much work in the future and that is bad for you…
