Went today and the wait wasn’t too bad. The food was okay but overpriced. I only got one burger and small fries for almost 6 bucks. The fries weren’t very good. I tried the 2 tiny tacos off of the value menu and they were a good size. I got my tacos without lettuce. Tacos were okay. My main problem is I went into the restroom after eating and found a huge insect in the restoom. Not cool because I wouldn’t have ate there if I knew there was a bug in the restroom. I’ll include photos.

i was so excited to finally have a jack in the box in salt lake city, i ordered a #2 with no egg, as it’s typed in correctly on the receipt. THEY TOOK THE SAUSAGE OFF AND ONLY PUT EGG!!! and i asked for no egg because i don’t like eggs. waited 45 minutes to come home and realize i spent $9 on a meal i couldn’t even eat since i dislike egg.

I am so insanely jazzed to have a jack in the box in Utah and the food did not disappoint! I had my usual Sourdough Jack meal with curly fries and I can confidently say those fries give Arby’s a run for their money. They were perfectly seasoned and crunchy, even after being delivered to me. The Sourdough Jack is still insanely delicious and I loved the toasting on the bun with the crunch of the items inside and the flavor of the hamburger patty. If you have not tried a Jack in the Box before, get to your nearest one as quickly as possible!!!

With all the excitement and anticipation our Jacks cravings were FINALLY satisfied. Food was great, as expected I also want to commend the amazing staff! They served us with so much kindness and we were in the Drive Thru lol I can only imagine all the hard work they’re doing during these first few days of opening. We are so happy with our experience 10/10!

Food was fine, but the employee taking orders was incredibly incompetent, saying basically everything was out of stock, but then telling the guy right after us it was all in stock. The restaurant was extremely busy as well at 7pm on a Friday.
