So I have worked for Jack for 6 years was a manager and personally worked with the general manager of this store before she became general manager. I do know for a fact that lobby is Open at 6 am and it has always been like that since I worked for Jack. The team lead that was on this morning was very rude and and disrespectful. At 6:26 me and a friend tried to go through the drive through to get a quick breakfast before we spent the whole day working at the fair. When we got no answer from the drive through, we went inside where the door was unlocked. We walked in where no one was there, mind you, they had been open for almost thirty minutes at this point. Finally, a women rudely greeted us with an attitude and rolling her eyes. She said they were not open. I went to the west state st JITB and ordered a box of loaded mini tacos EASY lettuce and I got a box with three mini tacos and the rest jammed full of lettuce doused in taco sauce. The lettuce was so gross that it looked like they took off the top of the garbage. Awful experience in a long list of bad JITB experiences.
