Aug 13 2023, we visited between 3-4 AM. Whomever is doing the scheduling at this store needs to get their head handed to them. Drive thru: young man asks “do you have an online order?” Before saying even a greeting, we reply no and the young man immediately apologized genuinely, welcomed us to Jack In The Box, apologized again and said, quote “I’m so sorry, I’m the only one here right now and I’m really slow.”

I go to this Jack in the Box shamefully far more than I should. Out of the past year they have messed up my order a couple of times but they’re quick to make it right by me. All of the workers I’ve interacted with are really nice, the manager with straight black hair and the red haired gentleman in particular. I really appreciate you guys

Gave me small normal fry instead of large curly and also didn’t give me my 9$ 6 piece chicken strip. This is after I gave them my receipt and showed them my order. They were also really slow so I ended up eating the cost. Also no fry sauce I requested. Worst experience ever

We pulled up to the window and the employee did not know how to work their headset. Then proceeded to get upset when we advised that their headset might have been turned off because we couldn’t hear them. They claimed that we were just being no responsive. The entire rest of our experience was the employee continuing to be rude even when we never showed any attitude in return. We remained polite the whole time and when they got confused over something we ordered they proceeded to tell us that we just couldn’t order it. The item was on the sign and we had just previously ordered it two nights before when the manager was working the window. Normally i would not go out of my way to leave a bad review over one incident but this was completely unnecessary.

Apparently because they are ” too busy” one car in the parking lot,me in the drive thru , to take two separate orders. Then I went to pay with two different cards and was told by manager that they can’t take two forms of payment because they didn’t have enough employees. I then didn’t even receive my full order and tried to call multiple times with absolutely no answer of their business phone.

Seriously? Teriyaki chicken bowl.. egg roll… 2 pieces of broccoli maybe a few tiny slices of carrots seriously?!. Very disappointed in quality. What happened to paying the price for what we get? Prices go up and they lower the quality …wont be back to this location. The easy jet location is way better.

Picked up oldest daughter from airport at 10pm, so I had a bacon double cheeseburger and it was great. I hadn’t had a burger for months. My Daughters (27 & 11) had fries and chicken sandwich that they both liked, but the older daughter said it wasn’t as good as San Diego Jack in the box.

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst visit I have ever had. It was on 8/24/18 around 10pm. The last few times I have eaten here have not been impressed however this was by far the worst. I ordered a jalepeno chicken sandwich that had 1 jalepeno on it, barely any mayo and the worst piece of lettuce. It was slapped together so poorly. I do not think I will go back to this location. Overland and Five Mile! I am glad I saved a picture to share.

The burgers were dripping with grease, the soda tasted like soap and neither of the drinks were correct, one of the jalapeño poppers had no jalapeño or cheese in it, they forgot a burger and when I brought it up, they were very rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong when I was polite. Worst Jack in the Box experience I’ve ever had.
